The attachment style self-assessment asks you to identify which of three statements is closest to how you see yourself. The first part asks questions about how your parents interacted with you during childhood (Items 1–20) and the second part deals with your adult romantic relationships (Items 21–40). Your attachment style comes into play when some aspect of an important relationship feels threatened.

This self-assessment delves into five core personality traits that everyone possesses. Using the same question format as the attachment style tool, this tool provides insights into how these traits influence your behavior and relationships.
